SYDNEY, NSW: After declaring itself Australia’s best small appliance brand last week in its annual report, Breville has announced a television commercial starring its two flagship products.

The Tea Maker and Mixer Pro will reach celebrity status in a 30-second commercial programmed to first appear on Channel 9’s The Block from mid-November. According to Breville, the campaign is part of a $2.5 million Christmas marketing campaign.

“Consumers will be inspired by our new advertising campaign,” said David Gubbin, Breville brand director Australasia.

“The Tea Maker TVC visually demonstrates the magic of the brewing process, focusing on the effortless path to the perfect cup. The Scraper Mixer Pro commercial shows how thoughtful design thoroughly mixes ingredients to produce perfect baking results.

“The creative truly reflects the passion behind the design and the quality of our appliances. We are thrilled with the results.”

The TVCs will be supported by a national in-store promotion of a free Luke Mangan cookbook valued at $60 with the purchase of: Tea Maker BTM800, Scraper Mixer Pro BEM800, Juice & Blend BJB840, Comfort Grip BSB510, Smart Grill BGR820, Die-Cast Blender BBL800, Custom Loaf Pro BBM800, Fresca Espresso Machine BES860 or Programmable Espresso Machine BES820.
