SYDNEY, NSW: Bush today announced the release of a new set top box with an integrated DAB+ radio, a world first to be introduced to the Australian market.

The high definition set top box receives all digital free to air channels and all DAB+ digital channels and comes equipped with a seven day electronic programme guide.

Bush already has an extensive range of DAB+ products, with more set to be released in the current months, as well as a broad range of set top boxes ranging from entry level price points to premium products.

The combination of the two technologies demonstrates Bush’s eagerness to stay across new technologies and the increase in consumer demand as analogue TV and radio becomes an antiquated technology.

Analogue TV signals are being programmatically switched off across the country, with regional South Australia set to switch off next, on 15 December 2010.
