MELBOURNE, VIC: Miele has gone on the front foot today, declaring its refrigeration after sales service to be unequalled in the Australian market. As part of its MasterCool refrigeration sales proposition, Miele has released details of its service standards in an effort to communicate the benefits of its range.
“As the MasterCool range comprises refrigeration solutions of the highest calibre, it makes sense that Miele truly goes above and beyond its excellence in service to ensure that the ultimate in support and expertise for the range, from delivery of the appliance to its long term maintenance,” said a Miele spokesperson. “To start with, in metropolitan areas the cost of delivery and installation of all MasterCool appliances is included in the selling price.”
According to Miele, no other refrigerator suppliers in the country offer this service.
“Miele will also organise a complimentary, pre-delivery and installation inspection of their home to identify and eliminate any potential delivery and installation issues.
“The pre-installation inspection is carried out by Miele’s MasterCool installation specialists, who have undergone a rigorous training regimen to ensure that these appliances are installed in the home faultlessly.”
Prices in the Miele MasterCool refrigeration series range from RRP $13,999 up to RRP $18,999.
