Electrolux launches the innovative powerful ‘Ultra Active’ range of the compact, bagless vacuum cleaners.

Ultra Active offers full-size high performance in a compact, eye-catching design and with its 2100 watt power package offers true cyclonic dust and dirt separation in a simple easy to use – easy to empty and maintain package. When combined with the advanced Aeropro integrated nozzle system, Ultra Active delivers excellent cleaning results with simply less effort.
Compact and Light.
Compared to many full sized bagless cleaners, Ultra Active vacuums have up to 30% smaller vertical footprint, weigh up to 20% less and yet generate up to 20% more airflow. What's more, UltraActive weighs a super light 6.2 kg, make light work of lifting up and down stairs.
Ultra Active includes the dual-function ‘Ergoshock’ bumper, a strap that holds the hose in place and acts as a bumper to prevent marks on furniture and walls during all that zipping around. It also is a space-saving storage solution for its hose, tube and nozzle.
Easy handling.
Ultra Active vacuums have a ‘drop in and go’ easy to empty cyclonic dust and dirt container that makes emptying so easy and quick. They also have 12-metre cleaning radius, compared to an average of nine metres for most other cleaners, so consumers can get the job done more easily with fewer interruptions.
Three high spec’ed models at key volume selling price points.
Ultra Active comes in three different models – all models feature a lightweight 6.2kg vacuum, powerful 2100 watt motor, low noise, soft ride wheels, a long 12m cleaning reach, HEPA washable filters and true high performance cyclonic dust and dirt cleaning performance.
The ZUA3860P top of the range model comes with remote power controls on an ergonomic looped handle and with two Aeropro floor nozzles. A motorized power nozzle that can be switched off when not required and a hard floor nozzle and in a Fresh Yellow colour with an RRP of $649.
The ZUA3830P model comes with an ergonomic looped handle and min-max slide power control on the vacuum and with three Aeropro floor nozzles. A air driven turbo nozzle, a deluxe floor nozzle and the hard floor nozzle and in a copper red colour with an RRP of $499.
The ZUA3820P model comes with min-max slide power control on the vacuum and two Aeropro floor nozzles. A deluxe floor nozzle and the hard floor nozzle and in a Cyan blue colour with an RRP of $399.
The Ultra Active range is available in store from mid April 2010
