AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND: Fisher & Paykel is offering its shareholders and investors to the opportunity to review and discuss its upcoming financial results.

The company announced this morning that it will be hosting an open conference call on Friday 28 May when it releases its financial results for the year ending 31 March 2010.

In light of a raft of recent negative figures from other retailers and suppliers, allowing investors and shareholders a chance to voice their opinion could be viewed as a definite sign that Fisher & Paykel is confident in its performance.

The company is widely considered to be moving in the right direction with solid investment, quicker than expected debt re-payment and a very positive reception of its new Izona range.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 9:00am AEST, with those in Australia wishing to participate having to call 1800 505 083.

In a further sign that Fisher & Paykel is comfortable with both its shareholders and the technology they use, the conference call will also be streamed at the company’s website www.fisherpaykel.com.
