SYDNEY, NSW: Panasonic has this morning launched new ranges of cordless phones designed to improve user convenience with increased functionality.
“The new ranges that are being launched today bring the very best in design, style and functionality and have the home user and all their requirements in mind,” said product manager, home communications, Panasonic Australia, Lisa Funnell.
The new 752 and 652 series phones include Panasonic’s newly developed Long Range Clear Sound error connection system, which the company said offers 80 times higher precision than previous models and is designed to help ensure clearer conversation with fewer interruptions and dropouts.
Ease of use was also taken into consideration, with both series featuring a 2.1-inch white backlit LCD menu screen, as well as a rubberized grip.
In addition, the 752 series also features a digital answering machine with visual message, a 200 number phone book with caller ID, call block and night mode.
Replacing Panasonic’s previous 181 range, the new 251 series also includes Long Range Clear Sound and a rubberized grip, but also features a hands free speaker designed to add convenience around the house.
Along with 752 and 652, the 251 series features a conference call component that allows up to three callers to conduct a conversation.
At entry level, the 141 series features the essential functions of a cordless phone, with a 50 number phonebook and LCD screen with caller ID, as well as selectable ringtones and battery life of up to 17 hours.
All phones in the new range are available now.
