MELBOURNE, VIC: Russell Hobbs has brought monochrome appliances into the kitchen with its new Silhouette range.

The reflective and glossy finish of the monochrome range features a combination of black glass and mirror finish which the company believes brings a unique style to the kitchen.

The Silhouette two slice toaster (RRP $99.95) has 900 watts of power and features a variable control for toasting colour, a blue indicator light to highlight cancel and defrost and reheat functions.

The two slice toaster is also made with convenience in mind, with easy to use press buttons and an extra high lift lever.

Russell Hobbs has also thought larger, and more technologically, with the four slice toaster (RRP $139.95), which features an LED display for toasting colour and reheat functions.

Each toast slot is contoured in an effort to provide even browning, while an independent two slice operation and extra wide, deep slots help to accommodate different breads.

A removable crumb tray is designed for easy cleaning.

The Silhouette range cordless kettle (RRP $109.95) features a stainless steel body and spout, push button flip top glass lid, multi‐directional 360 degree glass power base with cord storage, removable antiscale filter and cool touch grip handle.

The 1.7 litre kettle’s 2400 watt element is fully concealed and is designed for ease of use with a simple on/off switch and on‐indicator light.

The range’s panini press (RRP $139.95) comes with a horizontal floating hinge that helps to accommodate different size sandwiches, as well as a toughened glass cool touch cover and extra large non stick surface for easy clean up.

The Silhouette range is available now at selected national retailers.
