SYDNEY, NSW: Telecommunications hardware distributor IPL Communications has announced the addition of Sennheiser Communications as its new vendor.

A joint venture between electro-acoustics specialist, Sennheiser, and hearing health care company, the William Demant Holding Group, Sennheiser Communications specialises in headsets for PCs, offices and call centres.

According to IPL Communications, the new vendor means the company can now offer its channel partners the latest in headset advancements including the Sennheiser CC 550, SH300, and DW DECT headset ranges.

The DW Office range is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring HD voice clarity, four-way conference calls, long range wireless connectivity, switchable PC to desk phone capability and an extended battery life, said the company.

“We are delighted to partner with Sennheiser and offer their world-leading headset technology to our distribution partners around Australia,” said IPL Communications’ general manager, Paul Scanlan.

“The Sennheiser products are a terrific addition to our voice offerings and will provide important OH&S benefits to Australian businesses.”

IPL will launch the Sennheiser headset products to channel partners later this month.
