Australian TV brand Vivo International has today announced a new retail partnership with Fiji’s largest retailer. This new agreement comes only six months after the Vivo brand started exporting into the Israeli market.

The Vivo brand is currently sold in Australian retailers such as Dick Smith, Tandy and WOW Sight & Sound. It specialises in LCD screens in small to medium sizes and large screen plasma panels.

This new Fijian deal will see Vivo TVs on sale in the Tappoo Group of Companies. This will include Tappoo city shopping complex, Downtown Department Stores and Dutyfree stores.

“The Vivo brand has really set the benchmark for good quality televisions at a reasonable price.  The Vivo team has worked really hard to deliver a great product and we’re really proud that we can deliver our televisions to Fiji and have such positive feedback,” said Vivo CEO Fabio Grassia.

“We are passionate about the Vivo brand and we are also launching a new trade advertising campaign to signal our coming of age.”

Echoing Grassia’s joy was Tappoo Group CEO Madhu Tappoo.

“We are delighted to be the official partner of Vivo in Fiji,” he said. “With the first shipment launched into our newly opened three floors of shopping at our Tappoo City flagship store in Suva, our sales team is very excited with the design, picture quality and the value for money Vivo has to offer the Fiji market.

We are very confident of receiving good customer response and look forward to working closely with Vivo to actively promote the brand in Fiji.”
