Uniden launches its website into new territory with new product categories

SYDNEY, NSW: Uniden Australia has launched its new website in support of the introduction of its new XDECT cordless phones and other new products including Bluetooth car kits and an upcoming range of digital wireless surveillance products.

Uniden has made large gains in the cordless phone market in the past 12 months and now the company is launching its new XDECT extended coverage cordless phone range. The company is also branching out into new, but related categories.

“Our new website was launched last week for the launch of our XDECT Technology cordless phone range,” said Uniden Australia senior national marketing executive, Brad Hales.

“We felt it was the ideal platform to launch this new range of cordless phones as they are the new benchmark in the cordless phone industry.

“XDECT is a new range with a technology story behind it and with our online demonstration, we are able to visually represent how this technology works.”

The new Uniden website is also pushing its new product categories including Bluetooth car kits, as well as the company’s newly anticipated range of digital wireless surveillance products, and digital set top boxes, digital photo frames, pocket projectors and wireless power accessories.

“We really urge the retailers to check out the website and look at the latest offerings from Uniden,” said Hales.

“The new website also has a link to the Uniden Facebook page and Uniden Twitter page to help the stores and customers keep up to date with the latest product offerings from Uniden.

“Facebook and Twitter is a great stage to help push new products from a online perspective and a great way to answer any technical questions about our products that customers may have.

“As a company we feel it is important to invest in online activities and we are very proud of this new website.”
