BSR gives customers 1,000 reasons to buy from Betta

ROCKHAMPTON, QLD: Now more than ever it is important to convert every lead and bring in buying customers and that’s what BSR, the national franchisor of the Betta Electrical brand, has done with Team Betta Club.

BSR was inundated with 1,000 customers signing up to customer loyalty and savings program, Team Betta Club, in the first week after it launched.

Customers who sign up to the Team Betta Club are entitled to members’ only specials, sneak previews of new catalogues and localised store offers. Members also receive invitations to VIP events, a monthly e-newsletter and special offer mail-outs.

The promotion also gives members the chance to win one of more than 50 gift cards every month.

A customer of Thomo’s Betta Electrical store in North Rockhampton became the first member to receive a free $1,000 Gift Card.

Thomo’s Betta Electrical Store owner Gary Thomasson said he was thrilled one of his local customers was the first to capitalise on the new offer.

“My team thinks the online initiative is a fantastic new marketing tool for Betta Electrical retailers,” he said. “Already our store is receiving the benefits of being actively involved in promoting the concept.”

BSR Group Marketing Manager Julieanne Worchurst said the program had already proven a great success.

“In difficult economic times, improving customer incentives is more important than ever,” Worchurst said.

“Betta Electrical has always been committed to providing value add offers to our customers and joining the Team Betta Club is great way to keep up to date with new products and have the chance to pick up some free merchandise.”
