Samsung announces winter cashback promotion

SYDNEY: Samsung has this morning announced an upcoming cashback promotion on selected models in its heating products range.

The promotion applies to four models in the Samsung air conditioner range. Samsung believes that air conditioners are an underappreciated form of heating, with a spokesperson saying they are a “fantastic heating alternative to the more traditional forms”.

The promotion will commence on 1 April 2009 and run until 31 July 2009. Consumers will have to register their purchase online by 14 August 2009 and receipts must be received by 28 August 2009. Samsung will be supplying retailers with point of sale material to promote this cashback scheme.

Here below are the participating models and cashback amounts:

$200: AQV30JAN and AQV30JDN.
$150: AQV24NSBN, AQV24NSDN, AQV24VSCN, AQV24VSDN, AQV24NSGN, AQV24NSFN, AQV24VSGN and AQV24VSFN.
$100: AQV18NSBN, AQV18NSDN, AQV18VSCN and AQV18VSDN.
$50: AQV12NSBN, AQV12NSDN, AQV12VSCN and AQV12VSDN.
