SYDNEY: Following its growth and its acquisition of the Crown Commercial Group, which will now centralise all its after sales services, Vintec Australia has given more territory to Seward Agencies.
From January 2009, Seaward Agencies represented by Dudley and Sally Maudlin, has been appointed as Vintec’s agent for Victoria and Tasmania, in addition to their existing portfolio of QLD and NSW.
Dudley has years of experience in the white goods industry as both retailer and supplier, overseas and throughout Australia.
The Seaward Agencies Maudlin family business has represented Vintec and Transtherm over the past eight years, primarily in Queensland and more recently in New South Wales, where they have full time sales representatives.
In the mean time, Di Hill will be responsible for marketing the whole Vintec/Transtherm and Crown Commercial Group. She said she will centralise and coordinate all advertising and marketing, “with a strong emphasis on retailer support”.
To help build its business in the NSW region, Seaward Agencies has appointed David Clews to exclusively represent Vintec and Transtherm wine cabinets.
“David came to Seaward from his position as Assistant Manager at Seconds World,” said Dudley Maudlin.
“His experience and excellent understanding of the retail industry has resulted in quick and effective transition, with sales already showing a substantial increase over the previous period before Seaward Agencies appointment.”
