LG has today announced the release of two new French door refrigerators. The two models are being marketed as having more space and wider width for larger items, as well as multiple storage compartments.
The premium model of the two, the GR-L219STS (RRP $4,999) has four doors and features an in-door ice maker, tall ice and water dispenser, bioshield and LED lighting. It’s width is 800 millimetres and has a double freezer drawer for more utilitarian freezer organisation.
Supporting this model is the GR-B218STS (RRP $3,499), which has three doors and the bioshield feature. Both these models are available in full stainsless steel finish.
Talking about this release is LG Electronics whitegoods category manager, Glacel Lubrin-Zabat.
“The LG French Door Fridge range allows storage of larger items and a more organised approach to the freezer and fridge compartments.
“With summer just around the corner and seasonal parties set to begin, homeowners will be able to enjoy the convenience of having more available space for large platters, drinks bottles and the ability to stock-up with essential freezer items,” said Lubrin-Zabat.
Both these models are available now.
