SYDNEY: Kodak is now the official supplier of photo lab services for Myer customers. The service, which will be rolled out nationally in Myer stores, is to be called Kodak at Myer.

The partnership, finalised on 16 October, will see an initial nine Myer stores fitted with Kodak digital picture labs and kiosks: Myer Doncaster, Melbourne City, Sydney City, Eastgardens, Bankstown, Chermside, Brisbane, Northlakes and Hobart.

Myer said it plans to roll out further Kodak at Myer digital photo labs in its remaining 56 Myer stores nationally as well as is in any new Myer stores that are opened.

“Kodak is delighted to be announcing this new partnership with Myer,” said Kodak Australasia general manager, Consumer Digital Group, Grant Smith.

“We were selected as the preferred partner for Myer after careful consideration and evaluation of all the available options. Both companies felt strongly about the synergies in our respective brands including the onus that we both place on quality in terms of the products and services we offer and the values on which we run our businesses.”

Kodak at Myer will offer Myer customers both in-store and online services with dedicated photo labs and Kodak Kiosks located throughout the store as well as via an online portal on the Myer website.

Available services include various print styles, calendars, collages, greeting cards, picture CDs and Kodak’s new Picture Movie DVD. There will also be gift ideas such as coffee cups, key rings, beer coolers, t-shirts, fridge magnets, puzzles, photo books and canvas prints.
