Sunbeam announces Christmas appliances retailer support

Sunbeam has announced a Christmas promotion to support its range of novelty appliances. One family has the chance to win a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland to truly understand the meaning of the word ‘novelty’.

Between 6 October and 24 December, consumers who purchase any product from the Cool Creations range can enter the competition by completing a form on the range’s dedicated microsite. The major prize is a $12,000 package for two adults and two children, including seven nights accommodation, flights, transfers and theme park entry.

“As the market leader in novelty appliances, we know that Christmas is the most important time for retailers togenerate excitement in store and hit sales targets,” said Sunbeam marketing manager – kitchen appliances, Steve Reid.

“Favourites such as Avalanche, Slurples, Sprinkles and Choccy are ideal for gift giving
with their competitive pricing and eye-catching packaging.

“We’re thrilled to offer this additional holiday incentive, designed to appeal to both kids and adults, supported with advertising on the Cartoon Network and via our websites.”

In addition to this competition and advertising on the Cartoon Network, Sunbeam will also support the range with a raft of point-of-sale material, including swing tags, shelf wobblers, redemption pads and large posters.
