Sony is today celebrating the winning of five EISA Awards. The awards, given by the European Imaging and Sound Association, honoured a range of Sony products, including in-car entertainment, home theatre and camcorders.
The EISA judging panel recognised the following products in its 2008-09 awards:
European HD Flash Camcorder (HDR-TG3) (HDR-TG1 Australian model equivalent);
European Home Theatre Receiver (STR-DA5400ES);
European Camera (α350);
European Lens (70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G SSM);
European In-Car AV Head Unit (XAV-W1)
Speaking about this recognition is Sony Australia managing director, Carl Rose.
“Even though the EISA Awards are awarded for European products, they are still significant from an Australian perspective,” said Rose. “It signifies that the products we are providing to the Australian market held up to the highest global standards. Sony customers can be confident that their purchase has been endorsed by an independent, highly respected source.”
The HD Flash Camcorder, HDR-TGI is available now for RRP $1,599.
The Home Theatre Receiver, STRDA5400ES ES Receiver is available now for RRP $3,499.
The Camera, DSLRA350B 14.2MP body only is available now for RRP $1,099.
The Lens, SAL70300G 70-300MM F4.5-5.6 G Lens is available now for RRP $1,399.
The In-Cat AV Head Unit, XAV-W1 is available now for RRP $1,499.
