SYDNEY: LG claims to have released the first combination digital photo frame and DVD player.
“This product is about making leading technology simple to use and providing a convenient way to view photos and DVDs from the one combined unit,” said LG category manager, AV and IT, Patricia Cheung.
The DP392G features an 8-inch LCD screen and a built-in battery, for which LG claims a playback life up to three-and-a-half hours.
Other features include a 256 megabyte built-in flash memory, photo editing function, USB port for DivX, MP3 and JPEG playback and SD/MMC/MS slots. Bundled with player is a carry bag, car charger and remote control.
The DP392G is RRP $399.
