SYDNEY: Australian PC manufacturer Optima ICL has announced a suspension from official quotation today, following its move to suspend trading in its shares last Friday.

In a release to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Optima chairman and managing director, Cornel Ung, said the suspension was due to extra time taken finalising the company’s direction.

Optima ICL was expected to release that direction today, according to its previous statement to the ASX.

Ung said he now expected the company direction to be announced Friday morning before opening of trade.

Current.com.au was seeking comment from Ung at time of publication.
