SYDNEY: The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) together with the NSW chapter of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association is inviting NSW businesses to enter in its annual Business Awards of Excellence.

The awards acknowledge the achievements of local companies trading with Hong Kong, said HKTDC assistant marketing manager, Peter Bosevski.

“The awards recognise individuals and companies striving for excellence in all aspects of international trade between Australia and Hong Kong SAR/China,” Bosevski told Current.com.au

“It also provides incentive for other NSW based companies to establish trade links with Hong Kong.”

There are six award categories, including export of goods, export of service, imports of goods, imports of service, creative SME, contribution to the industry and the grand prize.

The winners will be announced at the Annual Hong Kong Australia Business Association-NSW Chapter Business Awards of Excellence gala dinner, to be held at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney on October 17. The event is sponsored by Qantas Airways, Aon Risk Services and CMC Markets.
