De’Longhi thanks retailers for its ERA Heating Brand of the Year victory

SYDNEY: De’Longhi Australia thanked its retail partners and account managers for helping it win the Heating Brand of the Year award the recent Electrical Appliance Awards (ERAs).

“We aim to have great relationships with our retail partners and winning this award shows that our account managers are doing a great job at managing those relationships,” said De’Longhi product manager Major Appliances and Comfort, Helen Finlayson.

De’Longhi was particularly appreciative that the retail judges of the ERAs commented on some key areas that De’Longhi has focused on.

“The judges commended De’Longhi for having product that attracts consumers who are looking for design and not price; they also said that we offer the best representation, profitable products and excellent terms,” Finlayson said.

“We are thrilled with the ERA judges’ comments because we rely on our retail partners to maintain our brand positioning. We don’t get into discounting because we don’t have to,” said Finlayson. “We maintain a premium quality product with a range of price points from entry-level up, so the retailers have a complete range to offer.”

Finlayson also credited the award to the De’Longhi support staff.

“Our account managers are doing a great job, we have been told we offer great sales service and we aim to keep this up. We also have great after sales support through our call centre staff, so we want to thank them as well.”
