SYDNEY: German health and wellbeing electrical product maker Beurer has announced a partnership with Australian owned FitZone Solutions Pty Ltd to distribute their products through local electrical retailers.

The 85 year-old company manufactures a range of products, including blood pressure monitors, body temperature monitors, scales (both the bathroom and kitchen), heating blankets and pads, and a new range of massage products, including a shiatsu massage pillow and shiatsu massage mat. For the sports-minded, it also manufactures a range of heart rate monitor watches.

Beurer will begin by selling the products through Domayne, later hits month, and will expand its distribution from there.

Beurer spokesperson Bernd Lindner said he was “delighted” about the partnership and looked forward to establishing the brand in Australia.

“We have found a team of people in FitZone Solutions who are completely aligned with our goals of excellence in product selection, sales, marketing, service and support…and that’s a tremendous alliance for us,” he said.

FitZone director Maria Russo said the Beurer range was “a natural fit” to their range of home fitness products.

“We now have the opportunity to communicate with our extensive database of exercise equipment owners and drive them back into retail stores to purchase the Beurer range. The range will begin launching through Domayne in late April and we will partner with electrical retailers who are trusted, high quality destinations for consumers,” she said.
