SYDNEY: Miele Australia has appointed a new national sales manager and human resources general manager at its recent Canberra conference.
Former Honda Australia Motorcycle national sales manager Jason Nicholas will take on the national sales manager role, reporting to general sales manager Alan Bell. Nicholas spent over a decade working in various roles at Honda.
Alma Talic joins as Human Resources general manager from Coles Myer, where she developed the HR role within each business. She worked previously at Telstra.
Miele managing director, Michael Jeanes, said the pair would help the business grow.
“With the support of Alma and Jason, we can continue to successfully grow our business as an effective centrally-managed but locally-driven operation, one that is already on target to reach a turnover in excess of $450 million by 2010,” said Jeanes.
