SYDNEY: LG Electronics is offering consumers who buy selected air conditioners during winter up to $200 cash back or an LG GPS satellite navigation system valued at RRP $349.
The promotion, dubbed “Life’s Good When You Feel the Difference”, began yesterday and will conclude on 31 August as LG seeks to encourage consumers to purchase air conditioners during typically slow months for sales.
LG, which claims to be have led the global air conditioning market for the last seven years, believes the enticement will make consumers consider air conditioners as a complete heating and cooling solution.
“We have taken this opportunity to reward our customers by offering added value,” said LG Electronics category manager, Linda Sutherland-Grujic.
“Not only will consumers feel the warmth in winter and keep cool in summer, they can take advantage of a selection of added bonuses on offer from LG. The GPS unit is eligible on all purchases of selected models and represents great value on models with a lower cash back value.”
Entry forms for the promotion will be available in-store, and customers can also browse LG’s product range at the company’s new microsite (www.lge.com.au/airconditioning).
Claim forms should be sent, along with a copy of the invoice, to “The LG Bonus Cash or GPS Promotion”, P.O. Box 612, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW, 2004 no later than 15 August 2008.
