SYDNEY: The top five Queensland electrical retailers have been announced today, with Retravision taking a strong stand as two of the five state finalists came from the red, white and blue franchise.
Today’s announcement , which marked a week to the day before the offical ceremony at the Sofitel Wentworth in Sydney, put Parnell’s Retravision in Noosa and Retravision Townsville in the top five finalists for the best retailer trophy in Queensland.
The two Retravision stores were joined by Clive Anthonys Mermaid Waters, The Good Guys Browns Plains and Harvey Norman Bundall.
Rob Pannell, son of principal Jeff Pannell, said the store’s inclusion in the list of finalists was “big news”.
“We’re very excited by it [the nomination]. It’s always great for an independent owner/operator, who’s put in a big investment, to be acknowledged by the industry for our hard work — so it’s exciting,” he said.
