SYDNEY: To help promote its iron range, Sunbeam has created and launched a microsite called www.flatoutfashion.com.au. The company has also produced a free booklet called the ‘Fashion Lover’s Guide To Ironing’ with tips on how to care for clothing.
Sections of the website include ‘Sunbeam and Fashion’, which is dedicated to news and events related to fashion and up and coming fashion designers. The ‘Promotions and Prizes’ section includes information on the latest Sunbeam promotions and advertising initiatives.
The ‘Ironing Tips and Tricks’ page gives a large amount of information from how to iron various fabrics from acrylic to wool, the best way to iron t-shirts, hints on ironing silk, and even ironing the seams.
There is also a section outlining the current Sunbeam iron range with products features and specifications, as well as a store finder to locate Sunbeam retail partners.
Consumers can register online to receive their free copy of the ‘Fashion Lover’s Guide To Ironing’.
