SYDNEY: Hills Antenna & TV Systems have announced its acquisition of certain assets of DGTEC effective 20 November 2007.
DGTEC released the first digital high definition terrestrial Set Top Box in 2001, and have continued to provide digital reception products over the past seven years. The DGTEC product range includes: standard and high definition digital set top boxes, digital recorders, integrated LCD displays and multimedia products.
A joint company statement to retailerts from DGTEC’s business development manager, Tony Cormick and Hills Antenna & TV Systems Division’s general manager-sales and marketing, Steve Mannion stated:
“We believe that these products compliment the digital reception products manufactured and distributed by Hills Antenna & TV Systems. We look forward to your ongoing support as we continue to enhance a total digital product range to you, our most important customer.
