SYDNEY: Fisher & Paykel have launched the DW60C2 dishwasher range which they lay claim to being the most water efficient models in the market — they have a 4 star WELS water rating and the company says they use as little as 11.3 litres of water per full load.

“Fisher & Paykel is committed to designing appliances that are as energy and water efficient as possible, and these improvements to our dishwasher range set new benchmarks,” says Fisher & Paykel’s national marketing manager, Peter Russell.

“The DW60CD has the best water usage for any standard 12 piece setting capacity dishwasher in Australia, and we are justifiably proud of our engineering and design teams for this achievement.

“Our commitment to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability through product innovation is clearly evident in the new features of the DW60C2.”

The DW60C2 range has also achieved an energy rating of 3.5 stars and has a number of features: long stemmed glass racks, self cleaning filtration system, extensive choice of wash programs, counter balanced door, height adjustable top basket and a permanent memory of the last cycle.

The DW60C2 dishwasher range is available now in four models: DW60CDW2, RRP $899; DW60CS2, RRP $799; DW60CW2, $849; and DW60CDX2, RRP -$949. The range includes white and brushed stainless steel finishes.
