MELBOURNE: Think Appliances, which distributes European appliance brands including Baumatic, D’Amani, Highland and Pacini, has strengthened its management structure and aims to improve its focus on customer service.

Think Appliances is on the move again and is strengthening its management structure to further increase its focus towards delivering even better customer service,” said Think Appliances human resources manager, Robyn Hobbs.

“After more than six years with the company and being an integral part of developing and launching Think’s brand portfolio, Richard Cristina will finish up in the first quarter of the 2008 and take up a senior marketing role with Think’s parent company Baumatic International based in the UK office.”

Ross Minichilli, former sales manager, will take Cristina’s place in the position of director of marketing.

“A newly created role of Director of Sales has been filled by Narelle Kearton, previously National Sales Manager for Royal Selangor, the global pewter giftware manufacturing company,” said Hobbs.

“Additionally there have been a number of National Account Manager Appointments to manage Think’s key customer accounts, where positions were filled both internally and externally.

“Think Appliances is now recruiting for a senior product manager to be based in its Melbourne head office in Thomastown.”
