SYDNEY: Personal care supplier Conair announced today the launch of a promotional offer redeemable on every VS Sassoon product purchased this Christmas sales season.
Themed ‘A Gift for You’, the promotion will give the purchasers of every VS Sassoon styling or grooming tool with a free hair styling session, beauty treatment, fitness session or life coaching consultation.
“We wanted a different way to reach the consumer—something of real value to drive people in store over the Christmas period,” said Conair Australia category manager, Natalie Hammond.
“Nothing like this has ever been done before in the electrical hair care market. There are a lot of ‘gift with purchase’ offers that tend to clutter up shelf space but we are offering something that not only has real value but also better reflects the VS Sassoon consumer.”
To ensure customers are drawn to the section, Conair has developed high impact merchandising materials that highlight the promotion. The VS Sassoon sales team will also be in-store to merchandise the promotion in the coming weeks.
The promotion will run from November 1 through to December 24.
Products included in the promotion include the entire VS Sassoon range and the new VS for Men range.
