SYDNEY: Hitachi is running a $50 cashback promotion from 12 October 2007 to 14 January 2008 on its GPS models — customers who purchase the four inch screen MMP401B (RRP: $549) or the five inch screen MMP501B (RRP: $799) units are eligible to redeem the cash.
Hitachi’s GPS units feature touch screen displays and text to speech navigation, Sensis Australia V14 mapping and a range of practical features such as voice guided directions with turn by turn route summary, alerts for School safety zones, red light cameras and speed zones, and an option to avoid toll roads. The MMP501B also features connectivity for Bluetooth connectivity and AV IN for multimedia applications.
