SYDNEY: Samford IXL has confirmed the appointment of two new senior staff members in the company’s operations and sales divisions as part of the company’s five year business plan.

The company has appointed Scott Pickering as general manager of operations, including warehouse, distribution, spare parts, after sales service and purchasing. Pickering will also be involved in the strategic development of the business.

Also new to the company is Robert Warner, whose appointment as national sales manager will include responsibility for the sales and development of retail networks for the Gaggenau, Neff, Jenn-Air, Bertazzoni and La Germania brands.

Samford IXL chief executive Martin Carter said the new appointments will complete the restructure of the management team and support the implementation of the company’s five year business plan.
