SYDNEY: Fisher and Paykel today announced the appointment of Robert Jaworski as national sales manager – commercial —the position was previously held by Andrew Paykel who relocated to Thailand as general manager of Fisher & Paykel’s new manufacturing facility.

Jaworski has over 20 years of experience in commercial sales and management, most recently working at DORMA Automatics, a German based multinational, renowned for its Australian designed and manufactured door automation products.

“I have always regarded F&P as a quality brand and I’ve always had utmost respect for the company because it has been able to compete successfully with the giant overseas manufacturers” said Robert. “This is my dream job.”

In his new role Jaworski will be responsible for developing Fisher & Paykel’s Commercial business, through specifiers, developers and architects as well as the commercial arms of major retailers. Fisher & Paykel have specialist commercial sales teams in each state, which will report to Robert.

“Robert has come from a leading company in a different industry which we see as extremely positive, bringing with him fresh ideas and a different perspective to an already successful team” said Fisher & Paykel’s chief operating officer Mike Church.
