LG Electronics appoints new national service agent for notebooks

SYDNEY: LG Electronics has announced that Thomas Electronics Services Group (ESG) will act as the national service agent for LG Notebooks, with the new partnership to commence 5 November 2007.

According to a company statement today, Thomas Electronics combines years of experience with “state-of–the-art infrastructure”, servicing the Australian and New Zealand markets. The company currently provides responsive and quality focused service for LG LCD monitors.

“We are confident that Thomas Electronics will provide the high standard of customer care and support that consumers have come to expect from LG,” said LG Electronics Category Manager Air Conditioning & IT, Janelle Dilger.
