BERLIN, GERMANY: A Dutch company is looking for companies in Australia and New Zealand to distribute a world first microwave with an integrated LCD TV and DVD player.
Holland Electro’s Wave Television is a 900 watt 23-litre microwave with an integrated 10-inch LCD television and DVD player and is on display at this year’s Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) in Berlin — the largest consumer electronics show in the world representing over 2.3 billion Euros in trade orders for exhibitors from 32 countries.
Holland Electro executive, Marianne Verhoeff, told Current.com.au the product is currently being distributed throughout Europe and distributors in Australia and New Zealand are currently being investigated.
“We’re very proud that we are now able to offer the first Wave Television in the world.”
The product sells in Europe for 499 Euros and boasts a 5.1 audio channel output, SD, MMC and USB compatibility as well as nine dedicated cooking programs.
