SYDNEY: Samsung marketing manager – AV, Michael Apte, will part ways with the company next week to take up a new marketing role with Optus.
Apte, who has been with Samsung Electronics Australia for three years, will officially cease employment with the company on 1 August.
“I have enjoyed my time at Samsung, especially given the period of unprecedented success and growth we have enjoyed. I’m looking forward to working with Samsung as a business partner”, said Apte in a statement today.
Samsung said it is already recruiting for the position.
