SYDNEY: Sampford IXL has announced it will launch a range of 10 IXL-branded small appliances in key categories including kettles, toasters, food preparation and cooking in select price points between RRP $59 and $139.

“It is a compact range of innovative products that has a significant point of difference to current market offerings,” said Sampford IXL national sales manager, Peter Breen.

“The range is all put together in fantastic glossy packaging, it cross sells to our other products and presents our whole range story.”

The red range, in an automotive red colour, includes a kettle (RRP $79), toaster (RRP $69) and blender (RRP $89).

There will also be an Elegance kettle (RRP $59), an Elegance two-slice toaster (RRP $59) and an Elegance  blender (RRP $89) in a piano black and chrome finish.

The Brilliance range in a polished chrome and black finish has a two slice toaster (RRP $59), which features blue LED indicator lights, and a kettle (RRP $79) with a 360 swivel base and blue LED illumination.

The 2400 watt Duo Health Grill (RRP $139) features a reversible grill plate, ribbed on one side and flat on the other, large 455 mm x 305 mm cooking surface, adjustable temperature control, non stick surface and a drip tray for fat and grease.

The wok and steamer (RRP $119) features a 5.5 litre capacity wok with a steamer tray that fits in the wok.

“It allows consumers to use the wok in a conventional way and steam food as well, which is quite unique,” said Breen.

“All products have a 12 month warranty and we have secured the exclusive services of Flip Shelton — writer, presenter, broadcaster and muesli maker and regular on TV and radio 3AW with Neil Mitchell,” Breen said.

“Flip specialises in food and nutrition and has just launched her own range of muesli and she will act as a spokesperson, media liaison, prepare recipes, act as a food stylist, and appear on point of sale materials, advertising and the website.”
