SYDNEY: Nokia Australia has opened the first of its new customer service centres in Morley, Western Australia, providing product repair, warranty support, technical support, software upgrades, product training and education as well as accessory sales.

“The new centre is part of Nokia’s multimillion dollar investment program in after sales care. Nokia is the only mobile manufacturer to provide this level of after sales service and investment locally,” said Nokia Australia customer care manager, Peter Thomas.

“We are delighted to open the first of our new revamped centres here in Western Australia.”

The Perth Nokia Customer Care Center will feature a team of highly trained and supported Nokia technicians and customer service professionals, as well as a fully equipped technical workshop and a customer lounge.

“Nokia continually ranks highly in consumer surveys not just because of the quality of our products but because of our commitment to after sales support and service.

“In addition, the new centre not only supports consumers but allows us to support local phone retailers. This means we can service approximately 80 per cent of all repairs on-site providing faster repair turn around times,” said Thomas.

The Care Centre will also allows consumers to track the status of their mobile phone repairs online, via www.nokia.com.au/repairstatus.

The Nokia Customer Care Centre is located at Shop 4, 2-16 Bishop Street, Morley, Western Australia, 6062.
