ADELAIDE: De’Longhi Australia, the fully-owned subsidiary of the Italian-based manufacturer and the local distributor of De’Longhi and Kenwood branded products will continue its national roadshow in Perth tonight to deliver information about the company’s new products for 2006.

The roadshow was held in Adelaide this week following its first event in Melbourne last week.

According to South Australian distributor for De’Longhi and Kenwood, Don Ogilvie, the South Australian event was extremely successful.

"A veritable ‘whose who’ of the South Australian Electrical Industry gathered in style at the Pavilion on the Park to attend the 2006 DçLonghi Kenwood Mother’s day Road Show.

"Over 150 people put their hand up to be at one of the cities largest and most glamorous electrical evenings in a long time," Ogilvie said.

"Electrical veteran and De’Longhi general manager – sales and marketing, Tom Mitchell, along with De’Longhi’s national business Manager, Arthur Banbas, took the audience through a power packed video and sound presentation complete with dancing girls and comic relief that had guests howling with delight," Ogilvie said.

"Retailers were offered a bigger range, better pricing, longer warranties, better promotions and great consumer competitions," he said.

The complete range of Kenwood and De’Longhi products and well as some future products were also previewed at the function.
