Application scheduled for this week.

New Zealand retailer, Briscoe Group has announced its intent to seek listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) as a foreign exempt entity this week. It will not be seeking to raise capital in conjunction with its listing.

Briscoe board chair, Dame Rosanne Meo said, “We believe that the greater visibility from a dual-listing will contribute to increased investor interest and a broader shareholder base which will increase our ability to take advantage of fresh opportunities that we identify.”

Briscoe Group is parent company of Briscoes Homeware which sells a range of small appliances from brands such as Breville, Sunbeam and De’Longhi, as well as audio visual, cooling, heating, garment care, personal care and floorcare from various leading industry brands.
