Alongside two consumer promotions.

BSH is currently running a dishwasher campaign generating awareness around the water efficiency of using dishwashers versus hand washing. The campaign, which will conclude on 31 May, 2017, is run in partnership with Reckitt Benckiser and consumers can redeem $100 worth of Finish products when purchasing a Bosch dishwasher. Consumers also get the chance to win $25,000 AUD by answering a question around water and energy saving in form of a game of skill.

Bosch senior brand and communications manager, Jessica Deuscher told Appliance Retailer, “The water saving message is based on research conducted in the Australian market by Colmar Brunton in May 2009 confirming that hand washing dishes uses more water than a dishwasher, particularly with Bosch ActiveWater dishwashers, based on dishwasher usage of 4 times per week (Nielsen Survey 2015).

“The water saving is up to 12,000 litres of water per year. ActiveWater is a revolutionary dishwashing system that uses every single drop of water to the maximum. Bosch ActiveWater dishwashers are amongst the most resource efficient in the world, generating the cleaning power of over 4000 litres from as little as 12.3 litres per wash.

“The campaign also highlights the number one brand position worldwide for Bosch dishwashers which is based on Euromonitor, volume sales in 2016.”
