Private cooking at a professional level.

Gaggenau’s new 90cm flex induction cooktop (CI292110), which has arrived in retail stores this month, offers precise, fast and flexible cooking paired with low energy consumption. New functions enable the free positioning of cookware and the regulation of temperature within different heat areas. Additional highlights include a frying sensor and accessories like the Teppanyaki or griddle plate. An innovative display concept makes Twist-Pad control with a removable magnetic knob particularly easy and intuitive.

Gaggenau Australia general manager, Robert Warner said, “The CI292110 is an exciting new addition to the Gaggenau range. One of the key values within our brand is to provide professional cooking and performance in the domestic kitchen.

“With the introduction of the professional cooking function, cooking and frying sensor functions and pot transfer function this product lives up to the lofty expectations of our true Gaggenau customer. It’s simple and intuitive control offers user-friendly operation, whilst its avant-garde design will fit seamlessly into any luxury kitchen.”

A new control concept with a clean design in white and orange, which only indicates functions that can be used, ensures precise user-friendly operation. Functions are controlled by a gentle turn or tap on the twist-pad. The magnetic knob can be simply removed for cleaning purposes or child safety.

The professional cooking function is ideal for frying, simmering or making sauces. It divides the cooktop into three pre-set heat areas so cookware can be easily moved. These heat areas can also be individually defined. The frying sensor function ensures healthier, improved frying results by ensuring that the food being fried is kept at a constant temperature, thus ensuring even browning. Two booster functions briefly raise the power above the maximum power setting.

The Gaggenau CI292110 90cm flex induction cooktop with stainless steel frame is available for a retail price of $5,999.
