The Onkyo LS5200 2.1 channel home cinema system (RRP $1,799) will deliver high-class sound within a stylish design. In a choice of black or white, the ultra-slim network stereo receiver reduces TV connections to a single HDMI, while compact two-way speakers provide flexibility for positioning.
Digital amplifiers produce an impressive 85W x 85W of clean power to revitalise television sound and enrich app-based audio cast over AirPlay, Spotify and Chromecast Built-in (formerly Google Cast). Listening enhancement modes include Pure Direct, Late Night and Loudness Management.
The new LS-7200 and LS-5200 are part of Onkyo’s soon to be released FireConnect wireless multi-room audio ecosystem, which is compatible with other leading audio brands. The new free ‘Onkyo Controller’ app makes multi-room wireless audio simple to manage from an iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and Android Phone and Tablet devices using Bluetooth, Airplay, Chromecast Built-in and more.
