With the integration of the Neff and Gaggenau brands into the BSH Australian business, BSH has undertaken a significant restructure to further support the four premium brands within its portfolio.

Nick Ruffell assumes the role of general manager of category development for BSH Brands to provide a differentiated consumer approach to product development and range profile as well as a focused liaison with key retail partners. Ruffell returns to BSH having held a variety of roles with some of the leading brands in the appliance industry over the last 20 years in Australia.

Jacqui Howard (pictured) joined BSH late 2015 to oversee all brand communication activities, implementing the structure and strategy for retail training and in-store demonstrations. Howard previously managed corporate communication for BSH’s parent company, Robert Bosch Australia.
