To build on growth.

Tefal will be on the move in 2017 with its proposed new head office at 2-4 Lyonpark Road in Sydney’s Macquarie Park.

The move from the current Olympic Park office will provide Tefal with improved facilities, enable the team to be located in the same building and provide space to cater to the company’s growth.

Tefal marketing director, Bruce McCarthy told Appliance Retailer, “Having the whole team in one office space will be a big improvement to the way we work cross functionally. The new office will also enable us to demonstrate our product range in a modern showroom and kitchen. Furthermore, we will be close to several of our customers’ retail store in Macquarie Centre.”

In addition to its head office move, Tefal has also confirmed changes within the team.

Marianne Arenas has moved from her current role in the linen and breakfast category to be senior brand manager for kitchen electrics, supported by recently appointed junior brand manager for kitchen electrics, Tegan Bond. Meanwhile, Maggie See has moved from her current role in cookware to fill the position of senior brand manager for linen and breakfast.

Tefal marketing director, Bruce McCarthy said, “Marianne achieved the number one position in linen care for Tefal during 2016 (GFK market share and Canstar Blue customer satisfaction) whilst growing category value. She will now focus on generating growth for kitchen electrics. Maggie also brought innovation and growth to premium cookware in 2016 and will now continue the momentum in linen care whilst bringing innovation to the breakfast market.”
