Confirms two senior promotions.
John Ciaglia has been promoted to Nespresso country manager for New Zealand as Nicole Parker takes on his former role of B2C commercial manager, after her tenure as marketing and communications manager since 2010. The appointments for the business in Australia and New Zealand are effective October 1, 2016.
Under Parker’s leadership, the marketing team has launched an increasing number of new products and limited edition Grand Crus every year, strengthened nationwide partnerships with key influencers, and ensured market insights are taken on board.
Parker will enhance the commercial business with her deep segment, customer and marketing expertise and a commitment to build on the strong relationships Ciaglia has established with machine and retail partners.
In his time as commercial manager, Ciaglia was an instrumental part of the local Nespresso growth journey for the business and for Nespresso partners. He will bring his experience and leadership skills to New Zealand, to ensure the market continues to deliver great results.
