Heston Blumenthal unveiled the new range of Everdure barbeques at the world’s leading garden trade fair, Spoga+Gafa earlier this month. Five chefs from the Fat Duck Group (pictured below with Heston), Hestons own 3 Michelin Star restaurant, as well as executive chef for Everdure by Heston Blumenthal, captured audiences with live barbeque demonstrations on all days serving over 3,000 plates of food.

An exclusive offsite launch event followed, with Heston himself launching the range to a group of international VIP guests.

“We have encapsulated some of the techniques developed over my 20 years in the kitchen and together with Everdure’s knowledge of outdoor dining have put those techniques into a range of barbeque kit that will completely transform outdoor cooking,” Heston Blumenthal said, speaking from the exclusive VIP launch event.

“As a 3 Michelin star chef, if I was to start a new genre of 3 Michelin star barbeques that’s what this range would be and that’s what this range is,” he added.

Working closely with the designers and engineers from Everdure, it combines the latest technology and design aesthetics, with ease of use and thoughtful attention to detail.

Everdure by Heston Blumenthal will be available in store in Australia in October 2016 and in the Northern Hemisphere in 2017.

Shriro signed on Heston in June this year for joint product development to revolutionise the outdoor cooking market by providing innovating products with enduring stylish construction and superior performance.

Last month, Shriro confirmed that Australia will be the first global market for the new range with five barbecues available ranging from $199 to $1,999, sold through Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Bunnings and barbecue specialists.
