The Good Guys has added yet another customer service award to its bulging trophy cabinet, beating out Bing Lee, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith and Betta Home Living to win the 2015 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award for Electrical Appliance stores.

Since the start of 2014, The Good Guys has won customer service awards from the International Customer Service Professionals (ICSP), Roy Morgan and Canstar Blue.

“Our customers are the driving force behind our operation and we remain focused on offering a premium level of customer service at all times,” The Good Guys CEO Michael Ford said.

“Our focus has been, and remains on, strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as continuing to invest in our team and our business to ensure the delivery of quality services and products at affordable prices, both in-store and online, every day.”

Several of the winners of these Quality Service Awards (click here for the full list) have taken up Reader’s Digest’s offer for a Features Showcase, which essentially means the winning company receives an extra blurb to promote their business. Here is an extract from The Good Guys’ commentary:

Flourishing in a marketplace that has undergone rapid transformation and change, The Good Guys has adapted to the rapidly changing needs of consumers, while placing customer satisfaction as top priority, delivering exceptional service every day both in-store and online.

Customers are at the centre of everything The Good Guys does. Future business plans are assessed with the customer experience in mind – how to best continue delivering remarkable customer service to each and every customer.
